Eureca line scan camera module in the standard version

Sensor configuration: with quartz glass (-Q)

This module uses a TCD1304DG sensor in which the standard cover glass has been replaced by a quartz glass (TCD1304DG-Q). This extends the sensitivity in the blue spectral range, in which the conventional glass material otherwise absorbs, and to some extent also in the near UV. A special UV coating is available as a further option to significantly extend the spectral range into the UV.

The cover glass is removed and the quartz cover glass is applied in-house at Eureca using specially developed processes. All sensors are function-tested on the respective camera module after the cover glass has been replaced.

The line scan camera board presented here is the standard version, which was developed to cover as many price-critical applications as possible. This version offers a balanced price-performance ratio and is suitable for a wide range of applications and different measurement tasks.

Due to its small size, this line scan camera module is ideal for the construction of compact optoelectronic measuring devices. A high line rate and a wide range of possible exposure times allow it to be used in a variety of applications.
