Shipping policy

Shipping area

We ship within Germany and to selected countries of the European Union. The countries currently available for shipping are shown during checkout.

Shipping outside the European Union is currently not available through the Maker Shop. If your country is not available during checkout, please send us an inquiry at maker@eureca.de, and we will check together whether an individual shipping solution is possible.

Currency

All prices and payments in the Maker Shop are in euros. For payments from countries outside the euro area, currency conversion fees may be charged by your payment provider or card-issuing bank.

Shipping costs

The available shipping methods and shipping costs are shown during checkout before the order is completed.

Delivery times

Delivery times depend on the destination country, the selected shipping method and the availability of the ordered items. Unless otherwise stated in the shop or during order processing, we usually ship available items within a few business days after receipt of payment.

For deliveries within Germany, the usual delivery time after dispatch is generally 2 to 5 business days. For deliveries to other EU countries, the usual delivery time after dispatch is generally 4 to 10 business days.

Partial deliveries

If an order contains items with different availability, we may arrange partial deliveries after consultation. Additional shipping costs will only be charged if this has been explicitly agreed in advance.

Transport damage and questions

Please check the delivery after receipt. If the shipment has arrived damaged or if something is missing, please contact us as soon as possible at maker@eureca.de so that we can review the case and find a solution.
